First Time Guest Child Check-In

With this form you can preregister your children for our TSF Kids Sunday morning experience. Please fill out the information below and hit submit. Once completed you will be sent a QR code directly to the email address provided. When you arrive on Sunday morning take that QR code to our Connection Point. There, the Connection Point Team will help you print your check-in tags for your kids as well as the security tag you will need to pick them up after the service. They can answer any questions you may have as well.
